Personal Growth
Growth is mostly repetition
Insight feels like change. It is not. What you repeat is what becomes you.
Realisations are wonderful and slightly deceptive. The moment something clicks, it feels like the work is finished.
But insight only tells you where to aim. Change happens in the far less exciting part: doing the smaller, less dramatic thing again, on a day when you do not feel like it.
This is why growth often looks like nothing for a long time and then looks obvious. You were not stuck, you were accumulating.
Pick the smallest version of the change you can repeat without negotiating with yourself. Then protect the repetition, not the intensity.
